When will I get my products?
- Our Standard FREE US shipping takes 7-15 business days to process your order, and delivery takes 7-10 days after item ships. As soon as we ship your item(s), you’ll receive an email from us with tracking info. International order shipping times can vary based on customs delays, so please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping times.
- We do our best to expedite and often you will receive the product much sooner, however, any unforeseen issues or problems with the Currier or logistics outside of our control may delay your order, but in this case we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible.
- We do not guarantee shipping time-frames. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control, and because of this we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
- Many of our items will ship separately, so you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers. Hang tight, your order is on it’s way!
Is my information and payment method secure?
- You can shop with confidence at Modern Kid Apparel. We keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Do you accept returns?
- Here at Modern Kid Apparel, customer satisfaction is VERY important to us! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
- SALE, CLEARANCE & custom order items (specifically made-to-order moccasins) items are not eligible for return.
Can I wash the clothing in a washing machine?
- Most of our clothing is machine washable, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, and hang dry. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER!
- Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.
- Faux fur and Faux leather items are dry clean only.
- Do not wash shoes or hair accessories.
